What We Do
We are a girls mentorship and leadership development organisation equipping girls ages 3–17 with character education, body safety skills, dating preparation, emotional intelligence, and self-esteem development.
Through structured programmes, digital tools, live mentoring, and school partnerships, we prepare girls for real-life decisions before pressure begins.

Why This Matters
Girls are navigating more complexity earlier than any generation before them. By the time most families begin addressing body safety, sexual boundaries, or relational wisdom, their daughters have already been exposed to significant pressure — online and offline.
The consequences are measurable: rising teenage pregnancy, transactional relationships, online grooming, sexual exploitation, and a generation of girls whose self-worth is being shaped by social media and peer pressure faster than parents can respond.
Low self-esteem is the single most common thread in every high-risk situation a girl faces. When a girl does not know her worth, she will accept treatment that reflects her confusion — not her value.
The Raising Girls platform exists to close that gap. Not through fear — but through preparation, conversation, and consistent investment in who she is becoming.
Girls without boundaries and body-safety education are at higher risk of manipulation and abuse — often by people they know.
Relationship wisdom and emotional readiness education significantly reduces the risk of decisions made from confusion or pressure.
Girls who understand their worth do not exchange their bodies for attention, money, or belonging.
Flagship Programme
Africa's premier character school for girls. Every girl who stays for one year becomes more confident, expressive, responsible, emotionally mature, academically serious, and socially courageous. This is consistent, measurable growth — not just encouragement.
The Squad runs monthly with live sessions, pre-recorded lessons, mentor calls, a skills hub, and a digital library. Girls are grouped by age for targeted, appropriate training.

For Mothers & Daughters
There are things you know now that you wish someone had told you before you were 20. Equip Her gives you the structure to have that conversation with your daughter — without the awkwardness, one Wednesday at a time.
A short video lesson arrives every Wednesday. You and your daughter watch it together. The lesson opens the conversation.
You discuss. You reflect. Side by side, as equal learners. No lectures. A real conversation.
Every week closes with a prayer declaration. Truth becomes something you both speak over her life.
